Overview
Due to the intangible nature of, and immediate access to AABCP services including Consulting and Q & A services, Professional Dues, Digital Content, and Download Materials are non-refundable. No partial, prorated or full refunds are given for annual, monthly, individual, small business or corporate/manufacturer memberships, professional dues or sponsorships, advertising services, directory listings, website access or education classes.
No guarantees, actual or implied are made as to the success of the student as a result of education or practice exams. Submission and acceptance of AABCP Application to AABCP for AABCP Professional Dues, information, advertising, general and educational products or services indicates buyer acceptance of current refund policy.
Cancellation of members services or professional dues requires 30 days written notice prior to renewal date.
Event Cancelations
In the event that a class, webinar, seminar or other paid in-person event is canceled, AABCP will make every reasonable effort to reschedule a same or similar event. If that is not immediately possible, a credit will be issued at the time of cancellation to all registered individuals, which will be applied to alternate AABCP classes or services. AABCP is not responsible for cancelled travel or lodging reservations may by the individual.
Exchanges for tangible merchandise that is damaged will be issued within 10 days of purchase with written request. A Return/Exchange Authorization is required. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping Returns
Shipping costs are the responsiblity of the individual. To return the product, mail to: 3262 Westheimer Road, Suite 838, Houston TX 77098. Outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
