Refund Policy

Due to the intangible nature of, and immediate access to AABCP services Professional Dues are non-refundable. No partial, prorated or full refunds are given for annual, monthly, Individual, small business or corporate/manufacturer memberships, professional dues or sponsorships, advertising services, website access or education classes. No guarantees, actual or implied are made as to the success of the student as a result of education or practice exams. Submission and acceptance of AABCP Application to AABCP for AABCP Professional Dues, information, advertising, general and educational products or services indicates buyer acceptance of current refund policy. Cancellation of services or professional dues requires 30 days written notice prior to renewal date. In the event that a class, webinar or seminar or other paid event is canceled, AABCP credit will be given at time of cancellation to all registered individuals; credit will be applied to alternate AABCP classes or services. Exchanges for tangible merchandise that is damaged will be issued within 10 days of purchase. A Return/Exchange Authorization is required.
