AABCP POLICY

Refund Policy

Professional Dues are non-refundable. Due to the intangible nature of, and immediate access to AABCP services the following is offered as a Corporate Refund Policy.  No Refunds are given for annual, monthly, Individual or Corporate Membership professional dues or sponsorship, advertising services, website access or education classes.  No guarantees, actual or implied are made as to the success of the student as a result of masUniversity Education Classes or Practice Exams. No partial or prorated refunds are given for professional dues. Submission and acceptance of AABCP Application to AABCP for AABCP Professional Dues, information, advertising, general and educational products or services indicates buyer acceptance of current refund policy. Cancellation of services or Professional Dues requires 30 written days notice prior to renewal date.

In the event that a class or seminar is canceled, AABCP credit will be given at time of cancellation to all registered individuals; credit is to be used for alternate AABCP classes or services. 

Exchanges for tangible merchandise that is damaged will be issued within 10 days of purchase.  A  Return/Exchange Authorization is required.

Terms and Conditions

Certification Online Practice Exams are accessed via www.aabcp.org through a assigned log-in system.  Log-in User Name and Password are provided by email or phone after purchase or after Professional dues are deemed current.  Exam is a rotating computer based practice exam.  Five (5) retakes are provided.  Exam access is valid one (1) year from date of purchase or activation. Exceptions to the time limit are reviewed on a case by case basis. 

mas University Online Education Classes are accessed via www.aabcp.org through a assigned log-in system.  Log-in User Name and Password are provided by email or phone after purchase.  Class access is valid one (1) year from date of purchase or activation.  Exceptions to the time limit are reviewed on a case by case basis. If continuing education units (CEUs) are provided, Certifying body and number of units are listed with class description.

The American Association of Breast Care Professionals recognizes the importance of Privacy to its visitors of www.aabcp.org.

AABCP only collects personally identifying information through this site if you choose to provide that information, and does not share or distribute any given information with outside parties unless previous permission has been granted in writing.  Permission for contact is renewed each year through the Professional Dues Renewal policy and remains ineffect until canceled. The privacy policy explains what type of information is collected online and how that information may be used.
